The Office of Criminal Investigations of this consulate, in coordination with local authorities, investigates cases where false documents are used in order to obtain visas, passports, or migrate to the United States illegally. Similarly, cases of adulteration, impostors, forgery and fraudulent use of documents involving this type are investigated. Our office receives requests for information from different prosecutors ‘ offices with which we maintain a constant to share information and resolve cases of optimal communication.
It is reminded the population:
- You should not submit false documents to carry out procedures in this consulate
- Do not be fooled by coyotes ahórrales offering a formality with us
- Do not buy stationery for fraudulent transactions with this consulate
- Only our consular officers can process services at this consulate
The embassy provides services to citizens residing in the states of Coahuila, Durango, Nuevo Leon, San Luis Potosi and Zacatecas however the new line will receive information from all over Mexico.
